This Privacy Policy covers the use of your information by the GG3x3. GG3x3 is the Controller of the information described in the use of your information by GG3x3. We are required under data protection legislation to notify you of the information contained in this privacy notice.

  • confirm your booking for a tournament, and to send you communications in connection with your transaction and the show you attend; and

  • send you emails about your account or a ticket purchase.

  • ensure compliance with our rules and procedures.

Who do we share your information with?

Your information will be shared internally amongst GG3x3 staff but they will only use it to carry out their duties in line with the purposes set out above. We will need to share your personal information with others from time to time, including to:

When making a booking for a GG3x3 ticket online, you will be asked if you wish to unsubscribe. If you do not wish to receive marketing information from GG3x3, our group or from third party organisations, please ensure you click on the unsubscribe option.

We never disclose information to third party advertisers without your consent. The GG3x3 is not responsible for the content or data protection / privacy policies of third party websites connected to our site.

The GG3x3 may transfer personal data to Basketball England and statutory services, with consent where possible for the following reasons including but exclusive to; Monitoring and Evaluation, to provide opportunities for player development, to fulfil legal requirements regarding Safeguarding Children and Adults at Risk, to complete Disclosure and Barring Records checks, or to promote relevant events and opportunities to players and volunteers. All data shared will be done in accordance with the GDPR policy with all data being collected and stored in a secure manner.

Where is your information stored?

Your information is stored on WIX website servers.

How long will we keep your information?

We retain your information for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the information is collected. When determining the relevant retention periods, we will take into account factors including: 
 

• legal obligation(s) under applicable law to retain data for a certain period of time;

• statute of limitations under applicable law(s);

• (potential)l disputes; and

• Guidelines issued by relevant data protection authorities.

Otherwise, we securely erase your information once it is no longer needed.
